Serene is a native Californian and attended University of California, Irvine where she received her Bachelors degree in Political Science. Serene enjoyed gardening with her mother, playing tennis with her father, and going to the many beautiful and local dog beaches. Now living in New York, she enjoys hiking with her fiancé and Golden Retriever, and attending Broadway shows in her free time.
Serene brings extensive customer service experience to her role, supported by a strong foundation developed through early involvement in her family’s businesses. She further advanced her professional expertise at a fintech company, where she refined key skills in client support, communication, and problem-solving.
